Created for more demanding home cardio training, the Astroride A6.0 Cross Trainer is fully equipped to enhance your cardio and muscular endurance whilst maintaining minimal impact on your joints. At the heart of the A6.0 is a strong and robust 9 kg internal flywheel, providing a smooth rotation for consistently stronger home workouts. Accompanying the flywheel with 32 levels of electronic resistance plus 12 motivational pre-set workouts and 3 custom target programmes, the A6.0 is ideal for both longer steady-state or sharper interval training sessions with the functionality for high-resistance workouts.

Featuring a powerful and intuitive console with a 5.5" LCD screen, the A6.0 delivers complete control over your workout, allowing you to quickly assess your performance across a host of key training metrics including speed, time, distance, calories and RPM. The A6.0's control console also features hard-wired hand pulse sensors with a separately integrated wireless pulse receiver, delivering real-time data through the hand pulse sensors or via a connected wearable heart rate monitor.

Featuring both dual-action and fixed handlebars, the A6.0 Cross Trainer allows you to activate your upper body or focus in on your quads, hamstrings and glutes for a more leg heavy session. With a solid 38.1 cm stride length, the A6.0 offers a comfortable elliptical motion that's ideal for any user. Producing a more enjoyable and effective session, the easily adjustable and Astroride Cushioned footplates are accompanied by a water bottle holder within easy reach; keeping you hydrated to make each workout count.
